Enhancing the Heights Neighborhood in Houston with a new 4 story Seniors Multi-Family project, Orchard Communities celebrates life with the ribbon cutting for The Orchard at Garden Oaks .

With this project Orchard Communities’ mission to deliver affordable quality housing is now a reality.  On April 28, 2011 our design team celebrated the Ribbon Cutting experience with the owner and many of the other building trades, financial and construction partners.

Architectural Character Showcased

Respect for the character and responsibility for architectural character is showcased with the design of The Orchard at Garden Oaks Senior’s project.  Located in the Heights area of Houston, the Independent Living project brings affordable housing to seniors in the area.

State of the Art Amenities

The project of 118 units with 1 and 2 bedroom configurations contains amenities such as a state-of-the-art Amenity Center, including fitness center, library, salon and outdoor living room.  Outside the residents can enjoy walking trails, personal garden, dog park and resort style swimming pool.
