A 2,400-acre New Town, Towne Lake envisioned as the Central Business District for the fastest growing corridor of northwest Houston. The project will contain approximately 6,000 single-family homes, 4,000 multi-family units, and 9 million square feet of office, retail, and cultural facilities. It features a 350-acre navigable lake with approximately 15 miles of shoreline, a 110-acre park, and a new downtown urban core with mid-rise buildings, office, condominiums, theaters, shopping and entertainment venues.
