Strategically located a block from Houston’s expanded light rail line,  Fulton Gardens, developed by Avenue CDC is a 48 unit building providing seniors with independent living with easy access to downtown, museum district and the medical center.  This project received nomination to the finalist list by Houston’s Urban Land Institute, for Development of Distinction Award in the non-profit category in 2013.
